Zoom to fit now frames the whole map

Three things about moving around the canvas changed together.

Zoom to fit is new. Shift plus 1 frames every visible node, and it is on the bottom right button cluster and in the canvas menu.

Wheel and pinch zoom now anchor on the cursor rather than on the selected node. The point under the pointer stays put while everything scales around it, which is what every other canvas does and what your hand expects. Commanded zoom, meaning reset and fit, keeps anchoring on the selection, because there is no cursor involved in a keystroke.

Panning and dragging now track your input exactly. There used to be a 500 millisecond transition on every canvas transform, which made a drag feel like it was pulling against elastic. Camera moves the app starts itself, reset, fit, and scrolling a selection into view, animate over 300 milliseconds. Everything you do with your hand is one to one.

The middle mouse button also pans, from anywhere on the canvas.

Open a map and press Shift plus 1.
