The help modal now opens with a question mark

Press the question mark and the shortcuts open. It is the key nearly every other application uses for the same thing, so it is one less thing to learn here.

The shortcut is listed inside the modal it opens, which sounds circular and is not. Someone who found the modal from the menu now knows the faster way in next time.
