Maps can now be published as a public link

A map can now leave your account. Publishing one mints an unguessable link that opens a read-only viewer for anybody who has it. No sign-in, no account, nothing to install.

What a visitor gets is deliberately less than what you have. The published payload strips the system prompt, your identity, anything to do with billing, and the model each answer came from. A reader can pan, zoom, step zoom levels, expand and collapse branches, select nodes and search. They cannot edit anything and cannot run a single generation.

The share dialog can anchor the link to what you are looking at. Leave Start at current view checked and the link carries the node and the zoom you are on, so the reader opens where you meant them to rather than at the root of a map they have never seen.

Unpublishing takes the link out of service.
