Performance improvements on large maps

On a map of 200 nodes at 49%, a hand drags the map down through a branch about the Apollo spacecraft until the map's first question comes into view. It scrolls the canvas out to 15%, where the map's branches run past the top and bottom of the screen, then scrolls back in and drags the map back to where it started.

The canvas got a round of performance improvements, so working with much larger maps is now smoother. Moving around, zooming, selecting nodes and reading answers stay fluid on maps of hundreds of nodes, and big maps open faster.
