Settings now has pages instead of one long panel

Settings used to be a single panel that grew every time something new needed a home. It is now a menu that opens onto pages, with a back arrow, so each area has room and the front of it stays readable.

Keyboard shortcuts moved inside. They used to open a second modal behind the settings overlay, which is exactly as awkward as it sounds. The same list now renders in place under Help, and the standalone shortcuts modal still opens directly from its own shortcut.

Help also carries a link for reporting an issue.

Open the app and click the settings gear in the sidebar.
